He is currently a visiting Professor at the National University of Philippines, and a guest Professor at China-Japan Friendship hospital. Dr Huang graduated from Chung Shan medical university, and moved on to post-graduate training at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, and received his master’s degree in dentistry at Kaoshiung Medical University in Taiwan.
