REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DESK
During the Congress, there will be a Registration Desk within The Venetian Macao for on-site registrations and distribution of the name badges and for helping the participants in the issues related with their registrations.

Registration fees for Concessionary Rates for Member- Macau Dental Association, Concessionary Rates for Macau Dentists, Dentist (APDF Member Countries), Dentist (Non - APDF Member Countries), Dental Hygienists & Technicians & Therapists, Assistants / Office Employees / Students/ Nurses, Industrial Representatives include: ID Badge, Certificate of Attendance, Entrance to the Scientific Sessions, Entrance to the Exhibition Area, Congress Bag, Final Program Book & Exhibition Catalogue, Mini Programme, Coffee Breaks and Entrance to the Opening Ceremony.

Registration fee for "Trade Exhibition Visitor" includes: ID Badge, Exhibition Catalogue, Entrance to the Exhibition Area.

Registration fee for "Daily Pass" includes: ID BadgeEntrance to the Scientific Sessions (for the selected date), Trade Exhibition Pass (for the selected date), Mini Programme, Certificate of Attendance (for the date selected), Opening Ceremony (only the daily registrants on the Opening Ceremony date)

Registration fee for Accompanying Person includes: ID Badge, Trade Exhibition Pass, Coffee Breaks and Opening Ceremony


CONFIRMATION: 

A confirmation letter will be mailed within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION 
Your registration will be confirmed by letter, once the Congress Secretariat receives your full payment.

-Cancellations received up and including March 17, 2017 full refund less $20 handling fee.
-Cancellations received from March 17 - April 7, 2017 50% will be refunded.
-On and After April 8, 2017 no refund will be made.

 

All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
In case of cancelation at any stage, Bank transfer admission fee (30 USD) will not be refunded - applicable to Bank transfer payment only.

Notification of changes in reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Congress Secretariat, Kenes Turkey, Mrs. Pınar Cobanoğlu pcobanoglu@kenes.com

The official currency of the congress is US Dollar.
Payments should be made in advance by one of the two following means.

    Holders of Visa / Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for charging all costs. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.

    We regret that we are unable to accept personal, company, bank or US Dollar cheques.
